We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on client requirements.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity of applications.
Assist in the migration of data into the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
Develop technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation.

Strong knowledge of SQL and PL / SQL for data manipulation and reporting.

Experience with data migration tools and techniques for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST / SOAP APIs.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within the Oracle HCM environment.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
