About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our enterprise applications team as a Principal Consultant. The role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, solution design skills, and strong business acumen to deliver high-impact Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support services.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, capable of driving digital transformation in HR operations through scalable, secure, and optimized HCM Responsibilities : Solution Design & Delivery :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of technical components within Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Benefits,
and related modules.
Build and maintain HCM Extracts for reporting, downstream integrations, and analytics.Develop and customize BI Publisher reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business requirements.Perform data migration and conversion using HCM Data Loader (HDL), ensuring seamless transition across environments.Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and benefits calculations.Design and configure Journeys and leverage the Redwood framework for enhanced user & Extensions :Perform page personalizations and extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).Migrate existing personalizations to Redwood UI using VBS.Develop custom applications, extensions, and workflows using VB Studio (good to & Middleware :Design and build REST APIbased integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external applications.Develop integrations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (nice to have).Ensure robust integration architecture, focusing on scalability, performance, and Governance & Support :Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test scripts, and user guides.Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Provide technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.Partner with Oracle Support for escalated technical issues.Ensure compliance with data security, backup, and recovery Engagement & Leadership :Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs.Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to business and IT stakeholders.Guide junior developers and consultants through mentoring and knowledge sharing.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adoption of Oracle best practices and new Qualifications & Skills :Education : Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience : 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting.

HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL, Fast FormulasPage Personalizations & VBS DevelopmentREST API integrationsRedwood UI & Skills (Preferred) :Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developmentVisual Builder (VB) custom app developmentStrong understanding of at least two HCM modules (Core HR mandatory).Solid knowledge of integration tools and third-party HCM applications.Proven expertise in technical documentation, solution design, and governance.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel under dynamic business environments.Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (technical / functional) preferred(ref : hirist.tech)
