Role Overview -

We are seeking a highly driven Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer with hands-on experience in warehouse operations . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse processes, challenges on the ground, and operational realities. You will leverage this expertise to create impactful, engaging, and practical training programs that enable our workforce to thrive in a fast-paced, automation-first environment.

This role requires a balance of operational Know-How, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex processes into simple, accessible learning modules for diverse audiences across skill and literacy levels.

Key Responsibilities

Training Design & Delivery

• Develop, deliver, and continuously refine training programs tailored for warehouse staff, supervisors and managers, while also enabling customers and key stakeholders - across geographies through structured learning sessions that drive operational excellence, process alignment, and effective technology adoption.
• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training framework by developing annual training calendars, structured syllabi, and detailed session schedules.
• Focus on safety protocols, process compliance, automation usage, and performance excellence.
• Ensure on boarding programs for new hires accelerate ramp-up time and establish strong foundations in GreyOrange's systems, tools, and standards.
