Responsibilities :
- Development of training modules in line with Client requirement, in line with statutory and regulatory guidance.
- Review training programs at assigned intervals against changing laws and guidance and keep the training course material up to date.
- Prepare simulator scenarios in line with Client requirements and include in training courses.
- Check simulator software at regular intervals and highlight any shortcomings for due rectification.
- Complete tasks assigned within the given timeframe.
- Maintain a high degree of punctuality when facilitating training courses.
- Ensure training records are handed over to concerned teams for storage / dissemination.
- Keep abreast of changing requirements- both statutory and regulatory and promptly make amendments in course delivery.
- Highlight any deviations in processes to Clients for effective and timely redressal.
- Assist in conducting management reviews and internal audits of organization.
- Assist Clients with matters concerning training compliance and certification issues.
- Take on skill and knowledge acquisition in cross domain functions.
