Define and operationalize the Training Solutions vertical as a core revenue stream.Develop go-to-market strategies and value propositions aligned with client needs and business priorities.Client Engagement & Consulting :
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, diagnosing capability gaps and designing tailored learning solutions.Build deep, consultative relationships with CXOs, HR, and business leaders to position training as a business enabler.Solution Design & Delivery Excellence :
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs - from conceptualization, curriculum design, and delivery architecture to post-program impact assessment.Champion evidence-based and outcome-driven learning methodologies to ensure measurable ROI.Innovation & Thought Leadership :
Drive continuous innovation in learning formats, leveraging digital platforms, experiential learning, and emerging L&D technologies.Position the organization as a thought leader by introducing cutting-edge training practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
