About the Opportunity :

  • We are seeking a visionary leader to establish and scale Training Solutions as a strategic business vertical.
  • This role sits at the intersection of enterprise learning, client consulting, and business transformation.
  • The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic acumen, solution design expertise, and execution excellence to deliver training interventions that directly impact client outcomes and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

  • Define and operationalize the Training Solutions vertical as a core revenue stream.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and value propositions aligned with client needs and business priorities.
  • Client Engagement & Consulting :

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, diagnosing capability gaps and designing tailored learning solutions.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with CXOs, HR, and business leaders to position training as a business enabler.
  • Solution Design & Delivery Excellence :

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs - from conceptualization, curriculum design, and delivery architecture to post-program impact assessment.
  • Champion evidence-based and outcome-driven learning methodologies to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership :

  • Drive continuous innovation in learning formats, leveraging digital platforms, experiential learning, and emerging L&D technologies.
  • Position the organization as a thought leader by introducing cutting-edge training practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Partner closely with L&D, Operations, and Client Solutions teams to ensure seamless delivery at scale.
  • Mentor internal teams to build delivery capabilities and establish best practices.
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Experience : 8-10 years in Learning & Development, Consulting, or Client-Facing Training roles, with demonstrated success in scaling training practices.
  • Expertise : Proven ability to design, deliver, and institutionalize high-impact training programs across industries.
  • Stakeholder Management : Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior business leaders and enterprise clients.
  • Leadership : Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, capable of building and owning a business function end-to-end.
  • Mindset : Agile, growth-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
