Job description6–8 years of experience in supply chain / operations (startup exposure preferred). B.Tech (IIT / NIT) or MBA with a strong operational / engineering background. Proven track record in process design, automation & material management . Hands-on experience in ERP / WMS & system building from scratch . Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills.

What You'll Do
- Lead process automation & engineering to scale operations efficiently.
- Drive P&L optimization and implement ERP / WMS solutions .
- Design SOPs and improve key metrics : cost efficiency, productivity, quality.
- Manage inventory, assets, and vendor efficiency .
- Partner with tech & product teams to build scalable supply chain systems.
- Travel 25–35% for on-ground execution.
