- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and technologies.
- Prior experience in PPC and Procurement of Steel and Aluminium business and procurement, Stores function (procurement of packing materials, oils, coolants, consumables).
- Prior experience in material planning, logistics management, inventory management, lean concepts, customer coordination and interactions.
