Role Summary

We are seeking seasoned leader to drive the design, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in troubleshooting and refining existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet the expectations of stakeholders.

• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.
