Role Responsibilities

Productivity

  • Drive productivity projects in Supply Chain Planning function
  • Look at all cost elements and identify projects for improvement - build healthy pipeline
  • Drive Network optimization
  • Drive Cost to service projects to drive cost saving from higher truck utlization30cr of cost saving y-o-y

SLOB / Inventory management

  • Month on month tracking of inventory
  • Identifying slow moving inventory and create provisioning
  • Work with team to identify opportunities to liquidate / write back

    • Transformation Projects

  • Drive projects on batch management for inventory tracking, forecasting sensing
  • SKU rationalization
  • Footprint / localization analysis
  • drive improve agenda across plan function - material planning, production planning, replenishment planning
  • drive tech adoption through frugal automation

    • Skills Required
