Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Integration Consultant, Supply Chain Management!

As an Integration Consultant, you'll lead the design and delivery of technical solutions that power end-to-end digital supply chain transformations. In this role, you'll help clients design and implement technical integration solutions that drive operational excellence-ideally from a base in Poland or Romania.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and troubleshoot integration solutions between Kinaxis Maestro and client enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, planning, data lakes)

Guide clients and junior consultants through testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment readiness

Facilitate technical walkthroughs, system demos, and architecture discussions with IT and business stakeholders

Develop reusable scripts, templates, and accelerators that enhance delivery quality and speed

Collaborate across technical teams (e.g., data, infrastructure, application) to ensure integrated solution alignment

Ensure technical deliverables meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Proficient in integration technologies such as REST / SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and data transformation tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SAP PI / PO, or similar).

Experience delivering system integration solutions in a structured project environment with multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Ability to work independently in solving technical challenges, troubleshooting data issues, and refining designs.

Demonstrated understanding of supply chain data models and process flows (e.g., demand planning, inventory, S&OP).

Strong communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, management information systems, or other relevant technical degree.

Certification as Kinaxis Integration Consultant

Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro integration components (e.g., EDI, CSV import / export, Scripting).

Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar product-centric sectors.

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data integration services.

Prior involvement in solutioning or estimation during pre-sales or proposal development.

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Demonstrated leadership in client-facing technical roles, managing expectations and driving results across workstreams.
