Speciality Restaurants Ltd, one of India’s leading hospitality brands with a strong portfolio of award-winning restaurant concepts, is embarking on an ambitious Pan-India expansion of its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Division. Currently operational in Mumbai and launching shortly in Pune, we are set to roll out across major cities nationwide.

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead this vertical, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and brand leadership across India.

Key Highlights of the Role :

• Lead the national expansion strategy for the QSR Division.
• Oversee brand positioning, innovation, operations, marketing, supply chain, and P&L management.
• Build and lead high-performing teams while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
• Foster strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
• Report directly to the Board / Managing Director.
