Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer, located in Mumbai. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading the organization in its strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the organization's financial health. Key day-to-day tasks include managing the executive leadership team, overseeing financial and operational performance, developing and implementing business and strategic plans, driving sales growth, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Operations Management
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Demonstrated ability in Sales management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
