Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at RX Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in B2B, B2C, and retail segments . This role requires proactive communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets (B2B, B2C, and Retail).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable FRP product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, production, dispatch) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and market visits to promote products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–7 years of experience in industrial / B2B / B2C sales , preferably in building materials, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.
