Role Description

About the Role :

We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Business Operations Intern to work directly with the Founder across multiple business functions – Sales, Production, R&D, Customer Service, Procurement and Strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how to build and scale a business end-to-end. You will act as the Founder's extension – analysing data, documenting daily operations, identifying red flags, coordinating with internal teams and executing critical projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Daily Analytics & First Line Checks : Collects daily reports for the founder, reports eccentric patterns, red flags and improvement insights. Support basic business calculations.

2. Process Enforcement & Documentation : Ensure each department (sales / production / R&D) maintains daily logs, Follows up with team members and Maintains Playbooks.

3. Cross-functional Operations Support : Understand business functions deeply and offer support wherever gaps appear.

4. Firefighter / Problem Solver : Identify operational bottlenecks, Research solutions (vendors, tools, consultants etc.) and implement fixes under guidance.

5. Founder Support & Coordination : Maintain founder's project tracker, assists in meeting preparation, taking Minutes of Meeting (MOM), & action follow-ups.

Must have skills :

1. Strong analytical mindset – Understands Maths, Excel / Google Sheets, basic formulas, comfort with numbers

2. Fast learner and curious about all parts of the beverage business - Google, ChatGPT

3. Comfortable speaking to internal teams and external vendors

4. Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems

5. Past internship in operations, Familiarity with Beverage manufacturing / supply chain is a plus

This is a paid Internship for 3-4 months.
