About Third Place

Third Place is building the future of IRL social experiences. In a world where most people spend their days behind screens, we're reimagining how humans meet, connect, and create meaningful memories — offline.

We curate intentional experiences in Bangalore — designed to spark real connections and create lasting memories.

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to join our Bangalore team and help bring these experiences to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Spearheading all curation, sales, venue / host relations, event logistics, experience calendar planning, & customer support.
  • Managing event logistics and all the little details that make an evening unforgettable.
  • you'll make venue partnerships + find third place curators we can start working with.
  • based on feedback data, you'll make the decision of which venues / curators to continue working with, which to replace, and how each of them can improve iteratively.
  • you'll be handling customer support for the entire market.
  • you'll become an expert in live experiences.

Who You Are

  • You&aposre passionate about solving the problem third place is tackling and pushing people back into the real world through curated experiences.
  • you consider yourself a tastemaker & curator.
  • you have 1+ years of experience either doing ops at a marketplace startup, hospitality group, or nightlife industry or you are the events planner at a larger company, preferably in fashion or music.
  • you want to join an early-stage fast growing startup and grow with the company.
  • you're analytical and have the agency to make decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative feedback data.
  • you have your finger on the pulse of everything social happening in Bangalore - nightlife, events, run clubs, concerts, etc..
  • you understand Bangalore & each of its neighbourhoods like the back of your hand.
  • demonstrated the history of hosting events on your own.
