Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Intern in SaaS sales, located in multiple location. The Field Sales Intern will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include visiting potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of NoBrokerHood, gathering feedback, and assisting in sales follow-ups.

Location : Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and Chennai

Qualifications

  • Identify and approach potential gated communities and societies for product pitching.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to RWA members, apartment owners, and real estate sellers and in operations ( Field ) should resolve the escalation in Nobrokerhood app.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and housing community.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi and English preferred).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Candidate should have their own two wheeler with driver&aposs license.
  • Willingness to travel locally if required.
  • Prior exposure to sales or customer-facing roles will be an advantage (but freshers can apply).
