Roles and Responsibilities

• Cross-functional work that will involve working closely with various teams such as Supply Chain, Business Finance and Sales to ensure smooth functioning of the companys e-commerce platform.
• Aid in preparation, execution and tracking of offers and promotions on the platform
• Assist in providing business solutions to customer and internal escalations and queries.
• Conduct research on areas for improvements in business operations, identify new opportunities for business growth
• Assist in analysis of data related to business operations for consumption by company executives
