Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of experience in relationship management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Any graduate degree from a recognized university
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.
