Drive business growth by achieving targets for Retail Asset Products MSME loans, working capital funding, and business loans.
Identify, acquire, and manage MSME and corporate clients for working capital requirements.
Service clients needs promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Generate leads for cross-selling of banking products and services.
Build and maintain a quality loan portfolio, minimizing delinquencies and ensuring healthy credit quality.
Monitor and maintain MIS reports, tracking performance against targets.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders (credit, operations, risk) for smooth processing.
Required Candidate Profile
4 - 9 years of proven experience in MSME lending / working capital funding to corporate and SME clients.
Demonstrated ability to handle a loan book size of 25 Cr or above.
Strong knowledge of credit assessment, documentation, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve business Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA / PGDM preferred).
Relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry
