Job Description
- Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (different channels available across Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies).
- Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers.
- Drive customer business development and manage customer relationships.
- Employment will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.
- Schedule appointments, assess customers' financial needs (life-related investments & insurance needs), recommend suitable products, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Life / Health / General Insurance .
- Acquire customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
- Ensure sales completion by coordinating medical reports and ensuring timely policy issuance.
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets / segments in line with company's sales strategy.
- Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams through coaching on products, services, and selling skills; accompany them on client visits and demonstrate effective behavior.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or other sales verticals are eligible.Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.Graduation is required.Strong track record and employment stability are essential.Skills Required
