Job description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience and a strong background in managing relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility :

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
