Job Description
Acquire new-to-bank high-end current and savings accounts through open market lead generation and conversion. Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory guidelines such as KYC and AML. Facilitate smooth onboarding and transition of customers to the branch banking relationship team. Drive customer activation ensure minimum balance maintenance, digital banking penetration, and active account usage within the first quarter. Generate leads and explore cross-selling opportunities for business banking, trade, FX, CMS, and digital solutions. Maintain high service quality, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Profile Description
2–3 years of experience in new-to-bank current account acquisition (preferably in SME segment). Strong understanding of commercial markets, customer segments, and local business environments. Excel, basic business banking, Trade / FX knowledge.
