Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in Real Estate Sales, located in Pune. The Sales Manager will drive sales of residential and commercial properties, manage relationships with clients, and assist in closing transactions. Responsibilities include providing expert real estate advisory, maintaining a client database, conducting property site visits, and staying updated on market trends. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams for lead generation and pipeline management will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of real estate regulations
• Proven expertise in Sales and Real Estate transactions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• In-depth understanding of Real Property and market trends to provide clients with accurate insights
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in the Pune real estate market is a plus
