We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager specializing in Residential Sales to oversee property sales, client relationships, and lease administration activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential and commercial real estate markets, local regulations, and the ability to drive sales performance.
This role involves managing a diverse portfolio, engaging with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with RERA and applicable real estate laws.
Key Responsibilitie :
- Drive end-to-end residential sales operations including lead generation, property showings, negotiations, and closures. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration. Build a strong pipeline of prospective buyers through networking, referrals, and market research. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure excellent service and a seamless buying experience.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties. Manage property listings, availability, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Handle lease administration tasks including lease reviews, renewals, termination, and coordination with legal teams. Ensure accurate maintenance of lease records, agreements, and property-related documentation.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitive offerings, pricing strategies, and demand patterns. Provide insights to management on residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility assessments for new projects and sales initiatives. Ensure all sales and lease operations adhere to RERA regulations and applicable state real estate laws. Coordinate with legal teams for documentation, agreements, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
- Verify property documents, approvals, and certifications before finalizing deals. Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams to streamline sales processes. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market insights. Mentor junior staff and support team development when required.
Required Skills & Expertise :
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Property Management and Lease Administration. Proven track record in Residential Sales and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in navigating real estate documentation, lease processes, and property evaluations.Familiarity with both Residential and Commercial Real Estate markets. Strong understanding of RERA regulations and local real estate laws (preferred). Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
