Roles and responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets to generate leads
