Role Summary : Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inquiries, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound / outbound calls and qualify leads.
Provide accurate project details (pricing, amenities, location).
Maintain CRM data and track follow-ups.
Coordinate site visits and assist sales team with leads.
Support in presentations, proposals, and marketing activities.
Work with marketing to improve lead quality & conversions.
Meet monthly targets for lead conversions.
Requirements :
Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in real estate pre-sales or customer-facing role preferred.
