A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales processes. Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM or logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and marketing activities.
