Job descriptionMake outbound calls to potential clients, including dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies. Present and promote dermatology products and services over the phone. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales progress. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with dermatology products or medical sales is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Supportive work culture and career development 91 7383180653
