Job Role
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound / inbound calls to customers, generating leads, explaining products or services, and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving call targets, converting leads, resolving queries, and supporting sales and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about products / services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and assist customers with required details.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and call logs.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily / weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Inform customers about new offers, promotions, and updates.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department.
- Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
