Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients from the provided database.
- Explain visa counselling services including student visas, PR, and work permits.
- Counsel clients and guide them through the application process.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English / Hindi preferred).Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.Ability to handle client queries and objections effectively.Good communication skills (verbal and written).Prior telecalling / counselling experience in the education or immigration industry is an added advantage.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).Skills Required
