Marketing Campaign Manager

We're looking for a Campaign & Retention Manager to join our growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey for one of the fastest-growing healthtech brands.

About the Role

As a key member of the marketing team, you'll lead the design and execution of targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels focused on improving engagement, retention, and repeat purchases. Your insights will power smarter segmentation, meaningful personalization, and stronger long-term customer relationships.

What You&aposll Be Doing

• Build and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across all lifecycle stages
• Drive retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty through targeted communications
• Set up automated journeys (cart abandonment, inactivity triggers, reorder reminders, etc.) using tools like Clevertap, Netcore, MoEngage, or WebEngage
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and tech teams
• Lead retention-focused initiatives including cohort strategies , churn prevention , and loyalty programs
