- Partner with BFSI clients to understand business needs, lending workflows, and campaign use cases.
- Translate requirements into user stories, BRDs / FRDs, and process flows for internal product & engineering teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to design online campaigns, engagement journeys, and automation workflows.
- Analyze campaign metrics (activation, conversion, retention, ROI) and recommend improvements aligned to product capabilities.
- Bridge the gap between client-side stakeholders (product, marketing, compliance) and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support UAT, validate features, and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with martech trends, regulatory guidelines, and BFSI-specific customer engagement practices.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of digital / online campaign management and customer engagement platforms.Domain expertise in banking, financial services, or lending (loans, credit cards, deposits, etc.Hands-on experience with CRM / campaign automation / martech tools.Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, dashboards, and KPIs.Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Willingness to work in a technofunctional role.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Technology (MBA preferred).3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI domain, preferably with exposure to SaaS or digital products.Prior experience working on customer journeys, digital transformation, or online acquisition campaigns is a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
