About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director in the International Growth team in Customer Success and Delivery to own post-sales success for our key global enterprise accounts. The role will ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and growth across geographies, while driving long-term client satisfaction and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, deployment, and training for international enterprise clients.
- Drive account success and adoption through proactive engagement, continuous improvement, and regular business reviews.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer feedback translates into actionable product and process improvements.
- Own renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities within key accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Implementation and Project Management to deliver customer commitments on time.
- Manage change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple client geographies.
- Support internal governance and reporting for key accounts, including SLA tracking and success metrics.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience managing enterprise international clients in a customer success or implementation role.Strong understanding of B2B SaaS / enterprise delivery models , preferably in mobility, logistics, or technology platforms.Proven ability to manage multi-country rollouts and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.Comfort working in a matrix setup across regions and time zones.Willingness to roll up sleeves and preference towards candidates showing a high degree of ownership and agency in a lean setup
