Who Are We Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales / Pre-Sales
- Proven experience of 3+ years in managing & leading Sales or Pre-Sales teams
- Strong ability to build and optimize sales funnels, track performance, and exceed targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings and achieve revenue goals
- High levels of dedication, empathy, and customer focus
- Experience in the EdTech domain is a strong plus

Lead and manage a team of 5+ Managers and 50+ Associates in Pre-SalesDrive the team to achieve sales-qualified lead (SQL) targetsMonitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification ratesCounsel prospects, offering guidance on how CCBP 4.0 can accelerate their careersOversee the entire Pre-Sales lifecycle — including outbound calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and managementEnsure optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and share feedback with relevant teamsAnalyze customer behavior, market demand, and competition; share insights with the marketing teamHandle escalations and ensure an excellent customer experienceAssign targets, monitor progress, and provide actionable feedback to the teamPersonal Attributes
