What You’ll Do

• Talent Magnet : Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from creating magnetic JDs, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, to managing offers and onboarding.
• Strategic Hiring Partner : Collaborate with department heads (tech, marketing, content, operations, sales, and leadership) to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent.
• Brand Ambassador : Represent Thrillophilia’s culture and values at every step, ensuring candidates not only fit the role but also feel the vibe.
• Data-Driven Recruiter : Use insights and metrics to track hiring performance and improve processes.
• Candidate Experience Champion : Ensure every candidate walks away with a stellar impression—whether they join us or not.
