Senior Human Resources Recruiter

who can bring in the brightest minds, the boldest creators, and the sharpest executors to join our growing tribe.

What You’ll Do

Talent Magnet :

Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from creating magnetic JDs, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, to managing offers and onboarding.

Strategic Hiring Partner :

Collaborate with department heads (tech, marketing, content, operations, sales, and leadership) to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent.

Brand Ambassador :

Represent Thrillophilia’s culture and values at every step, ensuring candidates not only fit the role but also feel the vibe.

Data-Driven Recruiter :

Use insights and metrics to track hiring performance and improve processes.

Candidate Experience Champion :

Ensure every candidate walks away with a stellar impression—whether they join us or not.

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to mid–senior level hiring.

Proven expertise in

sourcing top talent

via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and out-of-the-box methods.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A people-first mindset—empathetic, approachable, and a cultural fit for Thrillophilia’s high-energy environment.
