We're looking for a hands-on Senior / Lead Recruiter who thrives in the startup environment and can own the entire talent acquisition lifecycle from first contact to day one (and beyond). This isn't your typical recruiting role you'll be building systems while executing, managing chaos with a smile, and ensuring every new hire has an exceptional experience from offer letter to their first team lunch.

What You'll Do
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the complete hiring process across all functions sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proactively source candidates through creative channels including LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and unconventional platforms
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Track and report on key hiring metrics
Offer Management & Closing
Negotiate offers and manage the complete offer processServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them engaged and excited throughoutHandle offer rollouts, negotiations, and maintain high offer acceptance ratesManage background verification and documentation processesOnboarding & Day One Experience
Coordinate pre-joining engagement to keep candidates warm between offer acceptance and joiningManage asset allocation including laptops, access cards, equipment, and software licensesOrganize joining day logistics including welcome kits and team introductionsPlan and execute meet-and-greet sessions with leadership and teamsEnsure all onboarding documentation is completed smoothlyOpportunity to support People Operations activities across multiple geographies (India, US, Brazil etc) we scale globally, from compliance coordination to benefits administrationIdeal Qualifications :
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environmentsProven track record of sourcing and closing candidates across multiple functions (tech and non-tech)Experience managing the complete candidate journey including onboarding logisticsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfort with ambiguity and ability to build processes from scratchNetwork across relevant talent communitiesExperience in asset management and IT coordination for new hiresWhat We Offer
