Paid Media Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad content.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending to achieve KPIs and business goals.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.
