Shift Timing : UK Shift (1 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM).

Role Overview :

  • We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can not only handle end-to-end social media strategies but also manage a team effectively.
  • The ideal candidate should have a solid background in content writing, digital marketing, and a good understanding of website requirements, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Manage and guide the content and design team for campaign execution.
  • Create engaging and original content tailored for different channels.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to align social media campaigns with website requirements and updates.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
  • Good understanding of website structures, requirements, and digital marketing integration.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
