Communication Crafts is a full-service creative and digital agency based in Ahmedabad, founded in 2005. With a team of creatives, strategists and video production experts, we deliver end-to-end branding, advertising, digital marketing, video & film production, and content creation services.

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our agency team.

The ideal candidate will manage social media strategies and execution for multiple clients, ensure content quality, handle community engagement, analyze performance, collaborate with creative teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

This is a fast-paced role with varied responsibilities perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves turning ideas into campaigns.

Experience Required : 5-6 years.

Location : Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad (Onsite & Competencies :

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands (agency experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, formats, and best practices.
  • Skilled in project management, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experienced in running and optimizing paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into insights.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced Familiarity with content production workflows.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and local SEO best Calendar & Publishing
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is created, approved, and scheduled as per each clients calendar.
  • Manage error-free publishing across platforms with accuracy and Promotions
  • Oversee promotions across platforms with precise targeting and budget control.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve objectives such as reach, engagement, follower growth, or lead & Monitoring
  • Monitor daily comments, DMs, reviews, and mentions across client platforms.
  • Respond or escalate quickly to maintain timely servicing and positive & Reporting
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, growth, ROI) for all clients.
  • Deliver weekly / monthly performance reports with insights, benchmarks, and Advise clients and teams on data-driven Contests & Giveaways
  • Plan and execute contests, giveaways, and engagement campaigns aligned to client & Partnership Management
  • Identify and recommend influencers relevant to client industries and audiences.
  • Manage collaborations end-to-end : outreach, briefs, approvals, deliverables, and tracking.
  • Build long-term influencer and partner & Account Setup
  • Optimize and verify all client pages / accounts.
  • Manage page consolidation, ownership, and ad account / payment Collaboration
  • Bridge creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver on time.
  • Align with account managers on client expectations and ensure delivery excellence.
