We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join MNC's in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-10 years of experience in customer service and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their needs and concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Handle customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Skills and Qualifications
