Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to help manage oversee, track, and execute support of multiple client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the project, including activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure client expectations are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate for Billing and collections.
• Develop and Main good relationship with Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Track project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Partner with Project Managers / Account Managers to identify and remove any roadblocks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and reports.
• Assist in resource allocation and the scheduling of tasks to ensure timely delivery.
