Role Overview

We're hiring a Customer Success Associate to ensure clients have a smooth onboarding experience and get the most value from our platform. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow in Customer Success and SaaS.

What You'll Do

Onboard and support new clients.
Share tips to drive product adoption and engagement.
Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and Sales leaders.
Collect client feedback and share with internal teams.
Collaborate across teams to ensure client success.

Who We're Looking For

1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Curiosity about AI, learning, and SaaS technologies.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
