School Success Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic performance to identify at-risk students.
• Collaborate with teachers and counselors to develop student support plans and interventions.
• Coordinate tutoring, mentoring, and enrichment programs to enhance student achievement.
• Engage parents / guardians in student progress and school involvement efforts.
• Connect students and families with community resources such as mental health services, food assistance, or after-school programs.
• Organize workshops or events focused on study skills, college readiness, and social-emotional learning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and communication.
• Support school-wide initiatives that promote equity, inclusion, and academic success.
• Analyze student data and provide regular reports to leadership teams.
