Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets to ensure overall business growth of 40% compared to the previous year.
- Drive institutional sales and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits per day.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers and distributors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the assigned territory.
- Be willing to travel outstation for up to 15 days per month for business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
