About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the West region. This position will be pivotal in driving sales revenue, managing trade marketing initiatives, developing channels, and ensuring branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, forecast, execute, monitor, and review retail and distribution sales strategies for the branch.
- Achieve sales targets, expand the channel network, manage schemes, and ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain an efficient sales operations process and strong channel engagement.
- Manage outstanding debts per company policy and drive trade marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Enhance the productivity of the sales team, set performance metrics, and facilitate training to develop competencies.
Qualifications :
Experience : 10-15 years in retail sales (Distributor, LRT, and ERT).Knowledge : Strong understanding of retail management, channel development, customer relationship management, and market intelligence.Required Competencies :
