Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have Fresher to minimum 2 year of experience in the solar industry, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B customers (distributors, EPC companies, and corporate clients) in Uttar Pradesh.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events (as required).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BBA / MBA preferred) in Sales, Marketing, or related field.0–2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector .Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.Willingness to travel across Uttar Pradesh as needed.What We Offer
