Corporate sales executive – hotels & banquet (Gurgaon)
We are hiring a Corporate Sales Executive to drive room night and banquet sales for our two hotels in Gurgaon. This role is for a sales professional with proven hospitality experience and strong corporate connections in the Gurgaon market.
Who you are
- 3–6 years of hotel sales experience in room night and banquet / event sales
- Well-connected with corporate admin, procurement, HR, and event teams in Gurgaon
- Proven track record in corporate contracting, rate negotiations, and deal closures
- Skilled in cold calling, networking, and outbound B2B sales
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon corporate ecosystem
- Target-driven, relationship-focused, solution-oriented
- Presentable, confident, and an excellent communicator
What you'll do
Sell corporate room nights, banquet services, and MICE packagesGenerate leads via cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and client visitsPitch to HR, Admin, Procurement, and Travel Heads to secure contractsManage the full sales cycle — lead generation to contracting and closingAchieve monthly targets (room nights, banquet revenue, new acquisitions)Cross-sell and up-sell F&B, events, and long-stay packagesBuild long-term corporate relationships for repeat businessCoordinate with hotel teams for smooth booking executionCapture and share client feedback for service improvementsMaintain accurate records on CRM tools, Excel, and reportsMust-have experience
Experience in room night / banquet / MICE salesExposure to corporate contracting and rate negotiationsStrong corporate network in GurgaonProficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reportingPreferred background
Experience with premium or 5-star hotelsBachelor's degree ( Hotel Management / BBA preferred )Willingness to travel across Gurgaon for client meetingsShow more
