Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Assist corporate clients in booking accommodations based on preferences.Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel facilities.Process reservations efficiently in our system.Communicate reservation details and confirmations.Address and resolve any issues or special requests promptly.Requirements :
Bachelor's or higher degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.1 year of relevant experience.Good communication, time-management, and leadership skills.Experience in handling OTA platform.Willingness and availability to work in Rotational shift.Skills Required
