We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Onboarding & Relationship Manager to join our team . This role focuses on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships throughout the lifecycle of their events. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact, managing client expectations and coordinating effectively with internal teams and vendors to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process for weddings, events, and large-scale programs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.
- Accurately understand and document client requirements, effectively communicating them to the operations and event teams.
- Provide regular updates to clients, promptly address queries, and ensure a smooth and hassle-free event journey.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, planners, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure flawless event execution.
- Collect and analyze client feedback post-event to identify areas of improvement and enhance service Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse client expectations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, ensuring timely follow-ups and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the wedding and event industry is a significant advantage.
