Responsibilities

Build & nurture powerful networks of senior talent in consumer tech.

Partner directly with the CEO & CXOs to spot leadership gaps and close them fast.

Use multiple channels – networks, referrals, head-hunters, and AI-driven tools – to stay ahead of the curve.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand.

Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and deliver outcomes, not excuses.

Qualifications

Leadership hiring specialist with 6–8 years of solid experience.

Stable career track – at least one 3–4-year stint.

Deeply networked in the consumer tech / start-up ecosystem.

Required Skills

A storyteller & influencer who can hold their own in solid conversations.

Hustle-first, outcome-obsessed, and execution-driven.

Exp in a product based firm.
